The purpose of this blog is to serve as a source of information for the layman injured in New York.  Any person that has faced the trauma of a serious injury to either themselves, or to someone close to them, will have immediate questions about matters they may never have thought of before.  This blog makes an attempt to provide a few answers to commonly asked questions about accidents in New York and, more importantly, it tries to provide some guidance to the average New Yorker so that they gain some insight into the proper steps to take to protect their legal rights.
